Type Locality and Naming

The type section is located in Bawei, Mingliang (Minglang) Township, Yongde County, Yunnan Province. The reference section is located at Pianhe, Muchang Township, Zhenkang County. It is named by the Third District of Yunnan Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources (1989).

Lithology and Thickness

It is mainly composed of silt-crystal and pallite limestone, and the top and bottom are divided by limestone and the overlying and underlying dolomite.
